Adaston Passes ISO Surveillance Audit with No Major Non-Conformities

Adaston has successfully completed its latest ISO surveillance audit, reaffirming the strength of its integrated management systems across quality, environmental responsibility and health and safety.

The two-day on-site assessment reviewed Adaston’s compliance with internationally recognised standards:

Following a detailed review of systems, processes and operational activities, the audit confirmed that Adaston maintains an effective and compliant Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Management System (QEHMS) that meets ,and in some areas exceeds, the requirements of these standards.

A Strong Result

Most significantly, the audit recorded no major non-conformities.

Only one minor non-conformance was identified relating to document tracking, alongside two opportunities for improvement focused on strengthening emergency preparedness planning and creating a centralised non-conformance register for trend analysis.

These findings do not impact certification and are part of the continuous improvement process expected within mature management systems.

Continued Certification Recommended

Based on the evidence reviewed during the audit, the assessor formally recommended that Adaston’s certification across all three ISO standards be continued.

The audit also confirmed that previously raised findings from the last assessment have been fully addressed and closed, demonstrating ongoing improvement across the organisation.

Supporting a Growing Business

The assessment also recognised Adaston’s continued growth. The company has recently secured a new contract leading to expanded staffing levels and operational scope, while maintaining robust governance and compliance frameworks.

Adaston’s certified scope remains:

“The provision of consultancy, survey, installation and remediation of internal and external passive fire protection within public, commercial, domestic and other sectors across the UK.”

Commitment to the Gold Standard

For Adaston, this achievement isn’t just about compliance, it reflects our commitment to doing things properly and exceeding industry standards.

The company continues to apply the same disciplined systems and rigorous standards across every project and service from surveys and consultancy to installation and remediation.

Passing this surveillance audit without major non-conformities demonstrates that Adaston’s management systems remain robust, effective and ready to support the company’s continued growth.
