The range of passive fire safety solutions on the market is extensive. As these exist at a structural level, many people aren’t even aware of their existence or how essential they are for safeguarding buildings against the spread of smoke and flames in the event of a fire.
Effective measures are a legal requirement and as a building owner or manager, it’s your responsibility to have adequate protection in place.
At Adaston, we keep it simple and easy to understand by offering expert consultancy services as well as the installation and/or remediation of your passive fire safety solutions.
When is Installation or Remediation Most Suitable?
For buildings at the design and construction phase, we consult on all the necessary passive fire protection measures for projects of any size.
For existing buildings, we can inspect the current fire safety measures and establish if they’re compliant or not. Where breaches are identified, we’ll identify if remediation is an option. We’ll always conduct remedial work over replacement where possible, as it’s the most cost effective solution.
