1. Who we are
This website (https://adaston.com) is operated by Adaston Ltd (“Adaston”, “we”, “our”, “us”). We use cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, keep it secure and understand how people use it.
2. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a site. They may be set by us (first-party cookies) or by third-party providers whose services we have added to our pages (third-party cookies). Some cookies are removed when you close your browser (session cookies); others remain until they expire or you delete them (persistent cookies).
3. How we use cookies
We group cookies into four buckets:
| Category | Why we use them | UK GDPR / PECR basis |
|---|---|---|

| Functional | To remember interface preferences (e.g. admin UI layout) and improve performance. | Consent |
| Analytics | To measure traffic and behaviour so we can improve content and troubleshoot problems. | Consent |

5. Your choices
Cookie banner – Click “Cookie settings” (in the footer) at any time to change or withdraw consent.
Browser controls – Most browsers let you delete or block cookies altogether. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies may break the site.
Opt-outs – Google provides a browser add-on to disable Analytics on all sites; LinkedIn and Microsoft offer ad-preferences centres.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this notice to reflect changes in the cookies we use or in legal requirements. Any major changes will be highlighted on this page.
