Canada Street Consultancy

Adaston have recently been appointed by Scape Living as consultants to oversee the passive fire protection installation on a mixed-use development. The Canada Street project is one of the largest PBSA schemes in London, the build commenced in May 2020.

2 of the 4 buildings offer student residential accommodation with 396 bedrooms in Block A and 378 bedrooms in Block B. Blocks A and B each comprise four wings between 4 and 8 stories, and will include shops, cafes, healthcare and recreational facilities.

We will be working alongside the client, Scape Living, the builders, HG Construction, and other contractors involved to ensure all passive fire protection works are properly installed to the highest standards and fully compliant with all relevant legislation.

We have the in-house expertise to provide pragmatic advice and solutions required for any project. Our highly trained passive fire protection team have a detailed understanding of the relevant laws and regulations, compliance requirements and industry standards.
